Cheat Content:
Go to the person in Skingrad who sells houses,(He's an Orc). Buy the house which costs 25,000 gold, (use the infinite money glitch to raise gold).
Go inside the house and go to the highest floor you can. Then find a dresser with a deer head above it.
Get ontop of the thing above the head. On the right side there will be a note. Read the note and take it.
Then go to the basement. Find the beam with the garlic cloves on it. Look all the way up on the beam and you will see a hourglass.
Activate it and you will get 2 flawless topazzes, saphires, and gems. You will also get a really rare ring! It costs somewhere around 4500 gold.
