Cheat Title: Urban Hotel Balcony
Cheat Content:
Walk up to the top of the hotel in Urban and then go to the balcony which faces the Shrine Gardens.
Walk forward until your player falls forward and then pull back on the analog and roll back.
You should then appear to be in the balcony. You can then try and use the Plasma to disappear on the balcony.
