Cheat Content:
In Act 3, you will come across the stranded character, follow him down through the broken floor to where he gets mauled by the wretches.
Wait until 3 wretches are coming toward you and grenade tag one.
You will probably blow up with them 80% of the time but your respawn is just above the wood floor so you can drop down and do it again.
Doing this 10x gets the achievement.
