Cheat Content:
If you've beat the game you would know that he dies on that boat. But if you would like to see a different ending this is what you do.
On the mission where you try to find and kill the second mayor, go two buildings behind Johnny and go in.
Browse until you find a guy behind a desk on his computer, point a gun at him, then a cutscene will appear.
He tells you all about how he was going to destroy the boat, then when it's over kill him and walk out, then finish the mission you are on.
