Do the insurance fraud scams.
Instead of just falling down, and using a normal car, use a Police Car.
Each time you get thrown out of your window you get an additional 2x Civic bonus.
I've been able to score hits from 100,000 - 500,000 using this.
It takes a short time to hit level 8, and you get 5-9 thousand dollars every time you beat level 8. My best dive is 1,012,800.
Not sure how I did it, but if done right you can earn easy cash this way.
Remember to use the Police car.
