Cheat Content:
Go to Leyawin and talk to Mazoga the org at Castle Leyawin.
Once you start the quest to retrieve the black bows for the count, go to all the places Mazoga goes to kill black bow bandits.
Kill all the black bow bandits at the location and take the bows.
The bandits will reappear about every two days.
