Enter Bruma and you will find that around the city there are huge walls. On the huge walls there are ledges. In every other city these ledges are too high to reach. However in Bruma if you go round to the rear end of the church you will see that there are a few houses that if you have a high level of acrobatics, you will be able to jump onto the ledge.
Once you are on the ledge run around the ledge towards the gates on your left. These are the main gates out of Bruma. Now try and jump onto the high part of the gate and if you jump over them you are able to keep on walking even though the Xbox 360 has not loaded it.
This means two things: the graphics will be terrible which means that you can not even really see where you are walking. Also this means that on the map there is a black line showing you the end to the whole of Tamriel.
You are now able to go over that line into other entire contries, you can enter morrowind. However you must note even the designers set a limit which is impossible to get over.
If you travel so far that there is basically no further you can go then suddenly there is an error and you fall half a mile to your death.
It is advised that you save before attempting this cheat because you can not quickly return to normal graphics unless you want to travel all the way to Bruma.
