Cheat Content:
Just go to an altar of spellmaking, such as the one in the Arch mages quarters when you've completed recommendations.
Make a spell such as bound Helmet or Summon skeleton and set the Duration for 1 second.
You should never run out of magika and your skill will rise VERY fast.
NOTE: You must buy a bound or summon skill and be able to use it in order to make it. Just buy a turn undead spell and get your skill to 25. After this, summon away!
